FIRE-1792 - USA (Pasadena, California) - Station Alerting System for Fire Station - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide station alerting system for fire station to the government authority located in Pasadena, CA. – The proposed project will replace outdated and unreliable fire station alerting equipment that no longer meets current operational and life–safety standards.– Implementation of the fire station 36 station alerting system shall be provided as a complete turnkey solution, including system design, engineering, procurement, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, training, cutover, and final acceptance.– System design and engineering development of a complete station alerting system design, including site assessment, network architecture, power requirements, device placement, wiring plans, integration design, and all documentation necessary to deliver a fully functional system that meets the city's operational requirements.– System cutover and operational support the contractor shall coordinate and execute the transition from the existing station alerting system to the new system, ensuring minimal disruption to emergency operations.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 12, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
