(1) Vendor needs to provide project management services for banking services procurement and transition project to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.– Assist the City in establishing the program office infrastructure to facilitate cross–departmental collaboration (with various high footprint City Departments, executive sponsorship, and vendor support and define / track the organizational impacts, culture change and key performance indicators for measuring and achieving success– Work with the City to set up a project office to oversee and manage transition activities, define a clear vision and roadmap for achieving expected outcomes, and develop the Banking Services Sourcing Strategy to inform the procurement of the future banking and transition vendor services(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
