The focus of the STOP Formula Grant Program is the implementation of comprehensive strategies addressing violence against women that are sensitive to the immediate and long-term needs and safety of victims and hold offenders accountable for their crimes by supporting domestic violence programs, sexual assault crisis programs, other non-profit, nongovernmental organizations, community-based programs, as well as law enforcement, prosecutorial and court programs addressing domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and dating violence.
