Description
Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η δημιουργία ψηφιακού φακέλου τηλεϋγείας για κάθε πολίτη μέσω της ανάπτυξη μιας ολοκληρωμένης εφαρμογής για κινητές συσκευές απευθυνόμενη στους πολίτες, στην οποία θα περιλαμβάνονται η χρήση πιστοποιημένων επιστημονικών αλγορίθμων για εκτίμηση κινδύνου και η παροχή συμβουλών υγείας, καθώς και η υποστήριξη των επαγγελματιών υγείας μέσω προηγμένων εργαλείων πρόληψης και διάγνωσης.
