(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.• If a holiday falls on a Monday, cleaning will be done on Tuesday. If it falls on a Friday, cleaning will be done on Thursday.• For all rooms (except bathrooms and utility room), sweep floors and vacuum all floors and entrance door mats. This includes offices.• For all rooms (except bathrooms and utility room), damp mop all floors with clean water.• Clean and sanitize all drinking water cooler.• Clean and sanitize kitchen area, countertops, and appliances.• Sweep and remove debris from the front and back porch.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
