(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial off the shelf (COTS) electronic workpaper solution. • Ability of the system to perform in accordance with the systems requirements, user guides and system operation documents.• Set up, configure, and integrate the tool out–of–the–box with the environment to meet system requirements, including security requirements.• Migrate all the necessary data from the current system to the new system with some assistance• Develop a user manual/guide for end users and administrators.• Host the application in a certified SaaS hosting environment, at the moderate level or higher.• Manage all reported issues and accept issues reported by phone, email, or other previously agreed upon mechanisms.• Provide support to ensure that the technical integration and interfaces between the solution and the technical environment (e.g. single–sign–on, and email integration).(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business Set–Aside (FAR 19.5).
