(1) Vendor needs to provide safety net program services to the government authority located in Stockton, CA.– Safety net program services as a component of the promoting safe and stable families program.– Safety net program services encompass three components: differential response, case management, and concrete support.– Safety net services includes a broader set of responses for working with families at the first signs of trouble, including innovative partnerships with community–based organizations that can help support families in need before further problems develop.– Approach to ensuring child safety by engaging parents, extended family, and community partners in identifying problems and participating in services and supports that address family needs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
