(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based point of sale system. • Cloud–based system shall include tee sheet, inventory, marketing, food and beverage, online web booking, and an online store. • Provide access to a fully functional test environment of proposed software for testing prior to go live date.• Point of sale system should be fully integrated with every other module; pos, tee sheet, calendars, tournament management, marketing tools, payments, business intelligence reporting, digital whiteboard for superintendents'/ maintenance staff• Ability to email or text customer directly from the tee sheet and search by the players name, phone, email, etc.• Record and report customer information per player on an electronic tee sheet to include at a minimum the name, cart numbers, start time, and receipt numbers.• Capability to book tee times for all five golf courses on an electronic tee sheet remotely from any location integrated with the POS system.• Electronic tee sheet, to link or interface to an internet tee time booking process• Multi–level staff security settings• Gift cards can be bought and redeemed at any six locations. • Ability for customers to purchase items through online store.• Capable of same tee time check in on different terminals.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 18, 2026.
