SCREENING-2686 - USA (Austin, Texas) - Background Checks Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide background checks services to the government authority located in Austin, TX.– Web Portal: Contractor shall provide a user–friendly web portal for staff to submit applicant information for background checks, accessed via usernames and passwords. – Templates Approval: Background check request templates proposed by the Contractor must be submitted for approval based on business needs.– Compliance Reporting: Promptly inform of updates regarding laws and compliance related to background screening. – Cover criminal history, licensing records, property records, tax records, court records, and identify disqualifying criteria. – Security Risks: Report additional legal information indicating security risks or issues in administering government funds or program benefits, for individuals or entities.– Comprehensive Searches: Comprehensive background searches shall include records in jurisdictions where a person has lived or worked in the past seven (7) years.– Social Security Tracing: The Contractor must trace social security numbers through credit bureau fraud databases and provide findings in the summary report.– Record Maintenance: Maintain and store records pertaining to background checks for a minimum of seven (7) years.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
