(1) Vendor needs to provide Microsoft purview, safe AI and MS Co–pilot support and services. • Assessing, configuring and optimising Microsoft Purview to classify, protect and govern data used by AI workloads.• Enable safe adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat.• Establishing Responsible AI and governance controls for human and AI collaboration.• Reducing data leakage, oversharing, and non–compliant AI usage.• Developing and implementing use cases of MS 365 Copilot and Copilot chat in conjunction with the organisation’s AI Steering Group.• Controls for AI prompts, responses, and grounding data.• Secure–by–default configuration for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat.• Definition of the AI governance model, including roles and decision rights.• Policies for acceptable AI use, human–in–the–loop, and escalation.• Admin and security team enablement.• End–user guidance for safe Copilot usage.• Documentation, runbooks, and operational handover
