G2417 – Snow Management – Multi-Year Contract

The Merrimack Valley Regional Transit Authority (MeVa), located at 85 Railroad Avenue, Haverhill MA, is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide comprehensive snow plowing, snow removal, sidewalk clearing, and ice-melt application services. MeVa’s facilities operate as critical public transportation hubs, maintaining safe, uninterrupted operations for buses, commuter vehicles, and pedestrians is of paramount importance. Services must be available 24/7, including holidays. This Request for Proposal (RFP) document outlines instructions and the format for the proposals. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for Monday October 19, 2026 . It is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM at location 85 Railroad Ave, Haverhill, MA. Other locations can be requested during the visit. Proposals must be received by MeVa by the End of Day (EOD) on Friday, October 30, 2026. Proposals received after the date and time specified will be considered late. However, MeVa reserves the right to accept or to reject any and/or all responses.
