(1) Vendor needs to provide holiday cookies supplies to the government authority located in Charlotte, NC. – Provide holiday cookies (packaged), to be delivered to all full and part–time agency employees. – The cookies provided in the box should be fresh. – The boxes should have a minimum of 6 cookies with a different assortment of cookies. – The cookie boxes will be delivered to the home address of each regular part and full–time employee at agency (up to 6,500 employees).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.
