GIS-2037 - USA (Denver, Colorado) - Boundary Mapping Service - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide boundary mapping service to the government authority located in Denver, CO. – Assist with tracking municipal annexations and maintaining update boundary map. – Perform general boundary mapping services. • Research all annexations approved by agency within or adjacent to agency where such annexations would have resulted in annexations into the agency boundary.• Prepare, and provide to agency, electronic maps showing the revisions to the agency boundary as a result of all relevant and applicable annexations to agency as a result of local jurisdiction annexations, and electronic files with the revisions to the agency legal description that reflect these annexations.• Prepare, and provide to agency, individual agency electronic maps and legal descriptions for those counties within which annexations occur.• Document any annexations to the agency boundary resulting from action by the agency. • Contractor will be responsible for filing the revised map and legal description with the clerk and recorder of the agency in which the annexation occurred.• All electronic mapping provided by the contractor shall be provided in ArcMap/ArcGIS 10.x geodatabase format, using the 1983 State Plane (feet), agency projection.• Create and maintain the agency maps for the website and will provide updates reflecting changes no later than 30 days after Board action acknowledging the annexation.• Provide agency with appropriate documentation that authenticates or confirms all research findings.• Provide support on an as–need basis for miscellaneous items including creating specialized agency maps, and providing annual agency–wide statistics, such as current population, square miles, etc.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid briefing will be held on September 9, 2026.
