EXTRA-75019 - USA (Jersey Village, Texas) - Grant Administration, Project Management and Benefit-Cost Analysis Services - Deadline September 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide grant administration, project management and benefit–cost analysis services to the government authority located in Jersey Village, TX. – General Grant Administration:• Report to local officials on the grant process and the progress of the scoping project.• prepare requests for payment from the city to the engineering contractor.• prepare requests for reimbursement from the city to the state.• prepare reconciliation with the state on all grant funds.– General Project Management:• Monitor the engineering firm’s progress against the project schedule and grant deliverable requirements.• Manage the grant budget to ensure all work is completed within available Federal funding. – Benefit–Cost Analysis:• Ensure that each proposed project achieves a benefit–cost ratio.• Coordinate with the engineering firm to obtain all data required for the BCA, including finished floor elevations, modeling outputs, and project cost estimates.– Ancillary Services:• Ancillary services that may be necessary to satisfactorily complete the above–listed scope of work categories include: ongoing document preparation, ongoing coordination of grant and local match funds, creation and submittal of grant payment requests to state agency, technical assistance and advice, coordination and liaison services, assistance with project modifications and amendments, and real property acquisition assistance and advice.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
