(1) Vendor needs to provide social services and outreach services for unhoused residents to the government authority located in Camden, NJ.– Many services have been created and long–term solutions are in the works. Due rising housing and utility costs, a lack of affordable housing and cuts in funding for homeless outreach, County has been experiencing a visible increase in homelessness in the suburban municipalities.– Monthly Reporting: Reports are due on the 15th of each month for the prior month and must use County templates. Reports shall include demographics, number served, units delivered, program highlights, barriers, staffing updates, and licensure status.– Client Satisfaction & Feedback – Vendor must collect and submit annual client satisfaction data.– Data Collection – Vendor must participate in County data tracking systems, if applicable.– Monitoring & Compliance – Vendor must cooperate with County monitoring visits, desk reviews, and audits
