(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based clinical decision support and training platform. – Provide agency with a web–based clinical decision support and training platform accessible to appropriate staff across agency’s 12 addiction treatment centers. • Evidence–based clinical content: Access to current evidence–based clinical information, procedures, protocols or similar reference materials relevant to medical, nursing, allied health and addiction treatment services.• Clinical procedures and skills resources: Step–by–step clinical guidance and/or skills resources that staff can readily access and use to support consistent clinical practice.• Training and staff development: Online educational or training resources that support staff knowledge, competency and professional development.• Content maintenance and updates: Regular review and updating of clinical content to reflect current evidence–based practices, standards, and guidance. • Assignment and competency tools: The ability to assign, manage, or track clinical training, procedures, skills or competencies, where available.• Patient education resources: Patient–facing educational materials or similar resources that clinical staff can use in support of patient care, where available.• Utilization reporting: Reporting capabilities that allow agency to monitor platform utilization. • Technical assistance and customer support: Ongoing technical assistance and customer support throughout the contract term, including assistance with implementation, platform use, troubleshooting, and utilization.• Account management: Ongoing vendor support to assist agency in monitoring utilization, addressing implementation or adoption issues, and maximizing use of the platform across its 12 facilities.• Customization: The ability to customize aspects of the platform, content, assignments, reporting, or other functionality to address agency operational and clinical needs.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
