Vendor needs to provide charter bus services to the government authority located in Staunton, VA.• Route (round trip) are shown on pages 4–5 plus allowable additions or deletions from routing requirements.• Typical school weeks consist of picking up students on Sunday afternoons and returning on Friday afternoons.• This should be considered as a separate bid from the regular home–going trips.• The school will be responsible for notifying the contractor a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of any scheduled trips.• The school will provide subsequent school year calendars as soon as they are available.• The owner reserves the right to solicit and award separately extracurricular trips on a case–by–case basis.
