(1) Vendor needs to provide local housing development short–term financing service to the government authority located in Bakersfield, CA.– Provide short–term up to 36 months financing on an over–the–counter basis to facilitate the acquisition, renovation, or development of affordable housing.– Provision of zero or below–market rate interest loans for predevelopment costs, acquisition costs, construction costs, and rehabilitation costs.– Loans can be soft loans residual receipts payments only or conventional amortized loans depending on the financial capacity of the development.
