Vendor needs to provide Bi–Lingual (English/Spanish) staff assistant services to the government authority located in Rockville, MD.• Assist in identifying points of contact in the Hispanic community, including business owners, community groups, sports groups, non–profits, community leaders, parent teach associations, etc.• Manage information, track, and integrate contacts into the existing support framework• Expand the councilmember office’s communications strategy to a more inclusive group of residents.• Increase the cultural competency of the team,• Respond to constituent inquiries on an as needed basis.
