(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic cyber tools buying service.– Procure cybersecurity tools and provide advisory services supporting large scale procurements and license tracking of cyber–SW, products and tools.– Enhance procurement processes, achieve cost savings, and develop tracking tools for better management and analysis of procurements by establishing mechanisms and providing support.– Web application a web application will provide and its stakeholders with the ability to receive and configure alerts e.g., from blocking events) generate basic queries to glean insights from the logs, download reports, and view dashboards.– Cybersecurity workforce training and education, providing training for Federal employees, private–sector cybersecurity professionals, critical infrastructure operators, educational partners, and the general public. – Developing and implementing a tool procurement strategy that integrates an understanding of customer needs with industry knowledge and access to historical product use and pricing to develop the most advantageous procurement approaches.– Leverages Experienced Highly Skilled Cyber and IT procurement industry partners.– Perform strategic buying advisory support.– Provide acquisition and procurement support.– Provide enterprise license procurement management.
