(1) Vendor needs to provide lead abatement training services to the government authority located in Jefferson, MO.– Services requires individuals conducting lead–based paint activities (abatement, inspection, and risk assessment) in target housing and child–occupied facilities to be trained and licensed. – Trainers are accredited to ensure quality, and provide individuals with the requirements they must follow with specific work practices ensuring that lead hazards are safely addressed.– Training and licensing requirements to ensure the proficiency of individuals who offer to conduct lead–based paint inspection, risk assessment, and abatement services in residences and child–occupied facilities.– Accreditation requirements to ensure that training programs provide quality instruction in current and effective work practices.– Work practice standards to ensure that lead–based paint activities are conducted safely, reliably, and effectively.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
