CONS-24654 - USA (Connecticut) - Engineering and Permitting Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering and permitting services to the government authority located in Connecticut. – Consultant shall provide professional engineering and permitting services to facilitate a watercourse dredging project.– The project must be completed on a Not–to–Exceed (NTE) basis.– Task 1: Data Validation: Audit existing bank surveys, depth info, and sediment calcs. Verify benchmarks and control points via a field visit and identify any data gaps.– Task 2: Environmental Permitting: Identify all local, state, and federal permits. Prepare all permittingrequirements, such as but not limited to, technical narratives, forms, and exhibits. Act as the primary liaison for agency coordination.– Task 3: Homeowner Coordination & Easements: Prepare individual Easement Exhibits (sketch maps) for impacted properties. Perform high–resolution pre–construction video/photo documentation of all access routes. – Task 4: Dredging, In–Stream Prep & Restoration Design: Prepare a formal Dredging Plan, including but limited to, dredge limits, target elevations, debris/vegetation removal (In–Stream Prep), staging/dewatering areas, and maintenance of flow. All disturbed areas must have “In–Kind“ Restoration specifications.– Task 5: Bid Package & Cost Estimating: Refine sediment calcs into construction “Bid Items“ and provide an Opinion of Probable Construction Cost (OPCC) with a risk–based contingency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
