(1) Vendor needs to provide federal and state lobbing services to the government authority located in Greensboro, NC. – Provide timely written reports concerning congressional, federal budget, appropriations, regulatory, and agency activity affecting.– Provide timely written reports concerning congressional, federal budget, appropriations, regulatory, and agency activity affecting.– Provide a list of former clients for which the firm has performed lobbying or governmental affairs services during the past five years.– Provide more frequent reports during periods of significant federal activity. – Monitor action by the Congress, federal agencies, and the executive branch.– Legal and responsibility disclosures.– Complete all required lobbying registrations, disclosures, and compliance filings.(2) All the questions had been submitted no later than September 08, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting has been held on September 01, 2026.
