(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–enrollment physicals services to the government authority located in South Lake Tahoe, CA. – Physician, physician’s assistant, or nurse practitioner will be expected to:– Conduct a physical exam using the essential job functions detailed in the corpsmember position analysis, and the information provided by the trainee in the health questionnaire, completing all sections of the medical examination report.– providing an overall determination of the applicant’s ability to perform the essential functions of the corpsmember position.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
