(1) Vendor needs to provide job readiness and career services to the government authority located in Geneva, IL. • Outreach and Recruitment: Able to actively participate in services, respondents must identify the marketing and outreach strategy that will result in increased awareness and participant enrollments within the adult and dislocated services program.• Develop and conduct regular outreach and recruitment activities to inform their communities of services available and to ensure a steady pipeline of participants.• Strategy to identify employment goals, achievement objectives, and appropriate combination of services for the participant to achieve the employment and career goals• Intensive case management: effective case management strategies are important to program success and activities are required to be ongoing and engaging based on the needs of individual participant.• Data management: required to manage information/data from application through exit along with documentation of case management activities;(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
