CLEANING-13844 - USA (DuQuoin, Illinois) - Janitorial Services - Deadline October 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in DuQuoin, IL.– All restrooms will be thoroughly cleaned, including all walls, floors, toilets, and other fixtures. – Vacuum all carpets. – Remove wastepaper and other waste items from the facility each day and place waste in the trash receptacles provided by the state.– Wash all tabletops and chairs in lunchroom areas and clean break room sink.– Remove wastepaper and other waste items from the facility each day and place waste in the trash receptacles provided by the state.– Pick up outdoor debris and litter in the front and back of the facility.– Spray buff all tile areas, so as to provide a recently finished floor appearance.– Dust all windows and ledges to remove cobwebs and clean up any dead bug.– Wash all the inside windows on each floor.– Vacuum and thoroughly clean all heating and air conditioning vents.(2) The contract period will be for four years.(3) A mandatory pre–bid walk through will be held on September 23,2026.
