Vendor needs to provide hybrid architecture and development for experimental systems to the government authority located in Kirtland AFB, NM.– Support the rapid design, development, integration, testing, and sustainment of prototype and operational satellite ground systems, satellite operations centers (SOCs), and related support services.– Activities encompass facility services, ground system services, software support, cybersecurity, logistics, and lifecycle management to deliver reliable, low–cost access to space capabilities supporting the warfighter.– Provide comprehensive engineering, development, testing, and operational support for the Jaguar ground systems, ensuring mission readiness and alignment with program requirements.– Support ongoing program test and integration activities, ensuring seamless functionality across systems.– Provide continued engineering, development, and sustainment of the satellite operations center ground system.– Management and sustainment of the Compunetix phone system.– Provide on–location and over–the–phone support for external customers as required for all hardware, network, and software.– Install government–approved software and apply patch updates to ensure systems remain secure and operational.– Develop and update procedures to enable seamless transitions between operational domains with minimal downtime.
