Vendor needs to provide shredding services to the government authority located in Frederick, MD.– Comprehensive document and media destruction services, which include the provision of lockable disposal bins and the delivery of certified on–site shredding services for paper documents (for 45 bins) on a strict monthly schedule.– Services include 45 lockable bins of various sizes with an estimated capacity of 8,000 A4 sheets.– Deliver a complete, secure data destruction solution starting with the monthly on–site paper shredding service, which requires emptying all lockable bins, performing the shredding directly on–site (to include any CDs), and safely returning the bins to their designated locations.– Responsible for the certified destruction of hard disks and tape drives performed entirely on–site, which must include the physical indexing of serial numbers to generate a comprehensive asset inventory and the eventual issuance of an official certificate of destruction for compliance tracking.– Responsible for physically indexing and recording the serial numbers of all targeted media to generate an accurate inventory list.
