(1) Vendor needs to provide park tennis and pickleball court sport court coating services to the government authority located in Cortland, NY.– Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the project.– Surface preparation:– Thorough cleaning of all court surfaces using pressure washing or approved cleaning methods.– Removal of dirt, debris, algae, and loose material.– Treatment of mildew or vegetation if necessary.– Crack repair:– Repair all visible cracks utilizing an acrylic crack repair system or approved equivalent.– Contractor shall include:– Routing and cleaning cracks where required.– Filling and levelling.– Court repairs:– Repair isolated low spots, birdbaths, depressions, and surface imperfections as necessary to create a smooth playing surface.– Color coating:– Apply a professional–grade acrylic sport court coating system.– coating system shall include:– Primer.– Color coating.– Textured finish suitable for tennis and pickleball play.– Court striping:– Provide and install all game lines.– Courts include:– Eight pickleball courts.– Two tennis courts.– Striping shall include:– Pickleball court boundaries.– Tennis court boundaries.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
