ENG 25-04C STREET TREE PURCHASE & PLANTING - REBID #2

Bidders shall furnish, deliver, plant, maintain, and guarantee approximately 200 street trees across a minimum of 15 tree species for the Spring 2027 planting season. The contract may be renewed for up to two (2) additional planting season terms (Fall 2027 and Spring 2028) upon mutual agreement of both parties. If both parties agree to renew the contract, each renewal shall include a cost-of-living adjustment of up to 3% for each renewal term. Refer to the “Attachments” section for the Tree Planting Map, Tree Planting Detail, Funding Agency Requirements, General Wage Decision, and Special Provisions. Bidders are notified that an addendum will be issued if Prevailing Wage rate modifications occur 10 days prior to the response deadline date.
