(1) Vendor needs to provide bas improvement services to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.– Launch ramps –18 lanes & approx. 300 planks – have steep inclines and irregular surfaces.– Drainage issues: the parking lot has uneven pavements & potholes. Catch basins frequently overflow.– Circulation and layout, prioritize the best use of the site. Passenger car parking and landscaped areas can be adjusted to maximize trailer parking.– Some trailers using the site exceed the current lane length and width.– Parking area is not adequately lighted; the existing A/C–powered light poles are only partially operational.– Shoreline erosion is on the far east side of the BAS.– The restroom facility has exceeded its service life.– The entrance kiosk has passed its service life.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22, 20216.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
