(1) Vendor needs to provide master plan improvement project services to the government authority located in Springs, CO.• Architect contractor design/build entity is to provide complete design and construction services for the master plan improvement project.• Include design and execution of all excavation, grading, hauling/disposing of existing materials including excess dirt, removal and realignment of existing irrigation/sprinkler systems, project layout, surveying, extensions and connections to existing utilities, foundation work, structural additions, and renovations/updates.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 26, 2026.
