(1) Vendor needs to provide inheritance tax counsel service to the government authority located in Harrisburg, PA. – One or more law firms from throughout the commonwealth of state to handle various inheritance tax matters at the county level.– Responding to filings and filing them by the appropriate deadline, negotiating settlement agreements with counsel; appearing in court on behalf of the commonwealth; and litigating matters in court.– Examples of issues that may arise include to disputes over valuation of real property; declarations of marriage and assertions of common law marriage; failure to file inheritance tax returns; failure to pay inheritance tax due; validity of wills; and distribution of assets and the resulting taxability.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23,2026
