(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources (HR) business partnering services to the government authority located in Ireland. • Provider of Human Resources (HR) Business Partnering Services to support its existing HR team; in particular, assisting its HR Officers.  • Enhance the Agency’s HR operations and promote strategic alignment with the Agency’s goals across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland• Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the applicable legal frameworks in both jurisdictions.• Support the development and implementation of policies that contribute to organisational objectives and maintain regulatory compliance• Provide expert advice on best practice, ensuring compliance with both UK and Irish employment legislation.• Design and deliver training and development programmes to equip employees with the required skills and knowledge.• Identify and address skills gaps, promoting continuous professional development across the cross–border workforce• Provide expertise on talent management strategies to support the attraction, development, and retention of high–quality staff across both jurisdictions.• Assist with workforce planning to meet current and future organisational needs.
