(1) Vendor needs to provide auction services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.– Services may include but not be limited to vehicles/equipment, marketing events, handling title transfers and managing buyer removal of items within a specified amount of time. – Provide market value assessment, marketing, promotion, support and training, equipment appraisals, web portal hosting, bidder registration and management, equipment transportation and preparation, financing and payment alternatives, rebate programs, post auction settlement, auction–related storage and shipping options.– The contractors’ marketing plan should demonstrate contractors’ ability to deploy a marketing team/sales force and/or dealer network to participating entities. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 28, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
