This Package includes all Window Wall / Metal Panel work; for the construction of the Emily Couric Clinical Cancer Center. The new structure will be a five story building plus penthouse, totaling approximately 150,000sf. The ground floor, partially below grade, is a cast in place concrete structure with the upper four floors and the penthouse steel construction. The building will comply with the University’s sustainability program, including LEED certification.
