Description
This Package includes all drywall / ceiling work including exterior sheathing, building insulation, glass reinforced gypsum fabrications (GRG), acoustical and linear wood ceiling; for the construction of the Emily Couric Clinical Cancer Center. The new structure will be a five story building plus penthouse, totaling approximately 150,000 sf. The ground floor, partially below grade, is a cast in place concrete structure with the upper four floors and the penthouse of steel construction. The building will comply with the University’s sustainability program, including LEED certification.
