Vendor needs to provide maintenance and support services for electronic toll collection systems. – To provide the Commission with maintenance and support services for electronic toll collection systems. – Maintain, adjust and repair the Toll Software and these services shall pertain to corrective maintenance as required to eliminate errors. – To maintain third party software from sun and Oracle at a current or one prior major release level as defined by those third party vendors. – Respond to software errors. – Provide Networking Monitoring services on a 24/7 basis with a response time of two (2) hours through a toll–free number supplied by the vendor.
