EXTRA-76052 - USA (Carmel, Indiana) - Disaster Recovery and Public Assistance Consulting Services - Deadline September 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster recovery and public assistance consulting services to the government authority located in Carmel, IN.– Consultant shall support the agency through all phases of the disaster recovery process, from initial assessment and project formulation through final inspections, audits, and closeout.– Provide general Public Assistance grant management advice and assistance.– Conduct an initial assessment of the agency recovery operations and provide subsequent recommendations for grant administration efforts.– Assess and manage overall issues related to recovery funding from grant and insurance funding sources.– Conduct regular reviews of the agency recovery operations for compliance and closeout needs.– Assist with the development of, and ongoing activities to manage, the public assistance process.– Grant administration and financial controls:– Support grant application, formulation, administration, and closeout.– Procurement:– Provide procurement advice and oversight.– Compliance, policies, and records management:– Ensure compliance, document retention, and record management for all recovery–related documentation.– Appeals and dispute resolution:– Assist with dispute resolution and appeals.– Hazard mitigation and project strategy:– Assist with hazard mitigation proposals, alternate projects, and improved projects to protect the agency interests.– Funding coordination and recovery planning:– Monitor property insurance claim settlement status and its interaction with other grant programs.– Data management and systems integration:– Advise on data management systems and data integration strategy.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
