Vendor needs to provide website cookie consent management services. – The Services include multi–site consent management, role–based access, multilingual banner and preference–centre configuration, cookie and script scanning, consent record management, reporting, training, support, transition and exit services.– The Service must support multiple sites/domains within a single instance, with new sites addable without re–procurement or additional per–site charges.– Sites included in a shared instance must be functionally isolated from one another, with no shared state or cross–configuration risk.– Role–based access must support at minimum global admins for all sites, site–level admin and read–only, and site–level admins must be able to create, edit, test and publish the site’s consent configuration independently.– Version history/audit log must be available for all production configurations and sites.
