(1) Vendor needs to provide worker’s compensation medical management service.• Provide Workers’ Compensation (WC) medical cost containment (i.e. bill review, utilization review, peer review, etc.), case management, pharmacy benefits management, informationsystem, and all other services• Develop a process to work with third–party vendors to ensure seamless timely communication and effective claims and Physician Panel management processes.• Comply with all Client Service handling instructions and provide proactive claims administration to facilitate the prompt delivery of quality medical care and fair and reasonable claims management• Pay third party vendors within 60 days of invoice receipt and be responsible for payment if invoices are not paid timely.• Agree to secure physicians and healthcare facilities within the 504 panel for behavioral health support and specialty services for extremely complex injuries (ex: quadriplegia, paraplegia, brain injury, amputations, total blindness, severe burns, etc) that will help achieve the highest quality of life and medical stability• Establish a detailed implementation plan and timeline for the development and launch of the 504 Physician Panel.• Provide protocols for how medical providers are credentialed and the process of re–credentialing of selected providers to include confirmation of medical malpractice insurance.• Create a Provider handbook and distribute to all participating providers• Establish a complaint process for both injured employees and medical providers that includes an effective communication procedure(2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026
