(1) Vendor needs to provide youth employment program to the government authority located in Somerville, MA.• Recruit, hire, train and supervise at least 5–15 youth who live in and go to school in the city of for at least 8 hours a week for 20 weeks or 160 hours total,• Pay an hourly rate based on the current living wage,• Track and report detailed participant information as well as hours worked.• Deliver a high–quality career development opportunity for youth that clearly defines skill development including but not limited to communication, teamwork, critical thinking & problem solving, self–management and professionalism.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
