Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in Pecos, TX.– Dust or damp wipe – general public areas, windowsills, low ledges, mouldings, files, and other furnishings as needed. – Drinking fountain clean and disinfect.– Doors, walls, and baseboards must be spot washed.– Clean Interior doors, exterior doors, and side glass.– Exterior Ashtrays – empty and clean.– Clean the exterior of microwave ovens in the building’s primary break area(s).– Clean the exterior of refrigerators in the building’s primary break area.– Pick up trash and paper daily within thirty (30) feet of the perimeter of the building.
