(1) Vendor needs to provide biosolids management services to the government authority located in Camden, SC. – Management of biosolids produced by the agency.– Develop a successful and sustainable program to beneficially reuse the agency’s biosolids.– Remove, transport and beneficially reuse all biosolids.– Conduct short– and long–term planning efforts in conjunction with the agency to ensure that there will be reliable methods and resources available for biosolids management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
