(1) Vendor needs to provide 24x7 additional towing services to the government authority located in West Springfield, MA. – Provide secure on–call vehicle towing and related services for vehicles ordered towed by the town.– 24–Hour live dispatch or answering service (machine or beeper is insufficient).– Provide towing, dispatch, storage and related services to the town 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, including holidays.– 24–Hour response within the town.– 15–Minute response time is required at least 85% of the time.– Provide equipment with sufficient tools and equipment readily available to adequately clean up an accident scene such as glass, leaked fluids, etc– Truck drivers shall be prepared to comply with legitimate requests of a police officer for assistance.– Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to tow, service, and release vehicles or property within a reasonable amount of time.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
