CLEANING-14193 - USA (Danbury, North Carolina) - Janitorial Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Danbury, NC.– Empty all trash cans of waste and wash if needed.– Sweep all floors prior to mopping.– Wash and clean all doors, walls, and partitions to keep dust free, dirt free, sanitized, and clean.– Clean and sanitize sinks and faucets.– Clean and sanitize interior and exterior of cabinets, tables, and chairs.– Sweep and clean floors, walls, screens, and doors.– Move furniture out from walls and clean walls and floors underneath, including behind stoves, fridge, beds, etc.– Wet mop all floors with disinfectant cleaner or scrub with soap and water, as needed, in order to keep floors clean and sanitary.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.(3) A pre–bid Hold Site Visit will be held on October 21, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
