Post Closure Groundwater and Stormwater Sampling for PPL

In the interest of the Atlantic County rate payers, the ACUA assumed ownership and responsibility for Post Closure monitoring and maintenance activities at the former Pinelands Park Landfill, which officially closed in December 1992 and is currently in the 33rd year of the post-closure period, initially required at 30 years, and has been extended for an additional 10-year period by NJDEP. Pursuant to New Jersey Solid Waste Regulations, the ACUA is responsible to continue Post Closure monitoring and maintenance activities as required by the NJDEP. The ACUA is issuing this RFP seeking third party for groundwater and storm water monitoring event assistance. Services to be perform quarterly ground water & storm water monitoring activities to meet the above-mentioned goals and requirements of the State.
