Vendor needs to provide program administration and case management services for rental assistance program to the government authority located in Truro, MA.• The administering agency shall be responsible for program administration, eligibility verification, financial management, case management, reporting, and compliance with all applicable program requirements.• Develop/amend an application form that meets program parameters. • Process applications on a rolling basis, subject to funding availability. Develop a waitlist if necessary.• Provide assistance in completing online, and in–person application.• Provide reasonable accommodation for applicants with a disability to participate in the application process such as but not limited to; providing materials in alternate formats• Develop clear and accessible informational materials, such as flyers, social media content, and newsletters.• On a monthly basis, meet with participants, virtual or in person. Additional meetings should be scheduled if necessary.• Assist participants, as appropriate, with applications for housing programs and public benefits for which they may be eligible.• Provide financial counselling and budgeting assistance, either directly or through referrals to qualified service providers.• Connect participants with community resources and supportive services, including employment, education, training, and credit counselling opportunities.
