(1) Vendor needs to provide building automation system (bas) services to the government authority located in Geneva, IL.• Preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, calibration of equipment and components, regular system evaluation and deficiency reporting,• Troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of hardware, controls, sensors, actuators, valves, and related components.• Programming, configuration, graphics, scheduling, alarming, trending, and database maintenance.• Emergency, after–hours, and On–Call service, as requested by the County.• Coordination with the Owner, facility personnel, and other contractors as necessary.• Trouble shoot/Diagnose Issues both physically and remoting• Respond to county requests for remote monitoring, diagnosis and manipulation• Advise on system settings and sequencing• Respond to emergency and non–emergency on–call service requests related to controlled components• Perform repairs to controlled components• Maintain and advise county on software and equipment licensing• Advise and recommend action for solutions regarding obsolete systems including hardware and software.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.
