(1) Vendor needs to provide document destruction and shredding services to the government authority located in Virginia.– Provide mobile on–site document destruction and shredding.• Twelve (10) mobiles, 65– gallon top load containers (41.5“ (h) x 22.5“ (w) x 29.25“ (d)) Volume: 160 pounds; • One (1) mobile, 95– gallon top load container; • Twenty–three (23) stationaries, paper front–load consoles (Measure 36“ (h) x 20–1/4“ (w) x 19–5/8“ (d); volume: 70–80 pounds); • One (1) stationary, 15 gallon mini– Executive Console front–load. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 25, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 05, 2026.
